PHQueen Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PHQueen ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the PHQueen online gaming and sports betting platform available at phqueen.net and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the PHQueen registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the PHQueen platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing PHQueen from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with PHQueen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and PHQueen.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use PHQueen's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming. PHQueen reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing PHQueen from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not eligible to use PHQueen.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by PHQueen or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended PHQueen account. Only one account per person is permitted.

PHQueen reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Registration

To access PHQueen's real-money gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process and create a PHQueen account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your PHQueen username and password and not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Notify PHQueen immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your PHQueen account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have reported unauthorized access in accordance with PHQueen's procedures.

PHQueen may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the platform. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by PHQueen may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

PHQueen accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the PHQueen platform from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. PHQueen does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on PHQueen:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion;
• Deposits are credited to your PHQueen wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. PHQueen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors;
• PHQueen does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• PHQueen reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms;
• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your payment provider and PHQueen bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences.

5. Withdrawals

PHQueen processes withdrawal requests to payment methods registered in your name. To be eligible to withdraw funds from your PHQueen account, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification process and met any wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are generally processed faster;
• PHQueen reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible;
• PHQueen reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation;
• Any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PHQueen may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• PHQueen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless PHQueen expressly states otherwise;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• PHQueen reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on PHQueen are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. General betting rules applicable across all PHQueen products include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. PHQueen does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules;
• PHQueen reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed;
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, PHQueen reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes;
• PHQueen reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its sole discretion;
• For live in-play betting, PHQueen may suspend markets at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned;
• PHQueen's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

Specific rules for PHQueen's individual game categories — including Cricket, Andar Bahar, Mini Baccarat, HRG Live, Rummy, Sports Betting, and Big Hammer — are available within each respective game section on the PHQueen platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHQueen and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Opening or operating more than one PHQueen account;
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the PHQueen platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the PHQueen platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event covered by PHQueen's sportsbook;
• Using PHQueen for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with PHQueen's software or systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that PHQueen reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or PHQueen staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PHQueen platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of PHQueen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PHQueen platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any PHQueen content without prior written permission from PHQueen.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHQueen's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHQueen platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHQueen account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHQueen shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the PHQueen platform or any part thereof;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the PHQueen platform;
• Any loss caused by events beyond PHQueen's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government;
• Any unauthorized access to your PHQueen account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit PHQueen's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

PHQueen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Any other reason that PHQueen, in its sole discretion, determines warrants account action.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your PHQueen account at any time by contacting PHQueen's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

PHQueen is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. PHQueen strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

PHQueen reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to mandatory deposit limits, mandatory cooling-off periods, or account suspension.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

PHQueen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on PHQueen, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PHQueen implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and PHQueen cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and PHQueen, you agree to first contact PHQueen's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. PHQueen will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PHQueen's decisions on the settlement of bets and game outcomes are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PHQueen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHQueen will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the PHQueen platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the PHQueen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using PHQueen and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
